Position Details

What you will do in this role:

  • Ensures compliance with all state, federal and regulatory agencies – meeting or exceeding regulatory compliance in delivery of care.
  • Collaborates with DON on maintaining a high level of service and quality nursing care.
  • Collaborates with DON to ensure adequate orientation, training, supervision and evaluation processes for all staff members
  • Supervises nursing supervisory team and acts as a role model for excellent customer service and holds all nursing staff to this standard.
  • Ensures high level of patient satisfaction with treatment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing or relevant state licensure required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  • Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, and psychiatric patients across the lifespan preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Current unencumbered RN license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
